Intren Executive or Technical Intern

We hire 3 interns, in one of three buckets: technical, marketing, and design. the chance to work directly with startups for the duration of your internship.

Job Description:

  • Help The rise your brand in website maintenance, updating, and newsletter creation
  • Aid the startups in the accelerator program with any coding needs (various languages, app and web needs possible)
  • Work with Marketing and Design Interns (or as we call them, Brandterns) to promote Rise Your Brand events and Rise Your Brand companies
  • Develop relationships with local entrepreneurial, startup, and technology groups to establish the Rise Your Brand as a hub for entrepreneurship in the Cincinnati area


  • Interest and/or pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Eager to learn new tools and skills related to web and mobile development
  • Experience in Dot Net, PHP or a similar framework a plus
  • Experience with iOS development a plus
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, and Javascript

Graphic Designer


  • Interpreting the client’s business needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose;
  • Estimating the time required to complete the work and providing quotes for clients;
  • Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts;
  • Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time;
  • Presenting finalized ideas and concepts to clients or accounts manager;
  • Working with a wide range of media, including photography;
  • Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work;
  • Contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief;
  • Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches;
  • Working on layouts and art working pages ready for print;
  • Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Dreamweaver, Corel Draw and Flash;
  • Developing interactive designs;
  • Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists.
  • Excellent communication skills required.

  • A client's day-to-day liaison; understanding their needs and interpreting them for various agency departments

Business Development Executive


    The function it is to develop and generate new business opportunities. The main responsibility of a Business Development Manager is to manage, support, and supervise the business development department. This department is responsible for the acquisition of new projects and project bids. Business development department mainly supports management by providing analysis for evaluating new business opportunities such as in/out licensing, collaborative research and development agreements, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions.Initiate marketing strategies and coordinate actions to influence the market.

  • Clarify goals and reach agreement maintaining the interests of all parties
  • Proactively develops and improve products and services
  • Ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues
  • Understands clients' needs
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Set sales targets and define strategy to achieve these targets and to follow the set strategy punctually

Social Media Executive

The Ideal Candidate should have

  • Experience managing social media accounts like Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google+, etc.;
  • The ability to communicate on social platforms in a consistent, on-brand voice.;
  • Experience using social media analytics tools and the ability to tweak social strategies based on findings.


  • Enthusiastic about digital marketing and have a good command over different social media platforms
  • Enthusiasm for ever-evolving social media trends, and the digital marketing landscape in India
  • Experience of day-to-day management of multiple brand pages (engaging in dialogues, responses, daily updates, visual elements, etc.)
  • Demonstrate passion for social media community management and a command over fostering ongoing engagement across platforms
  • Support in developing online community, initiate bloggers outreach programs
  • Ability to execute initiatives as per Social Media Strategy & overall direction of the Brand
  • Support in planning and executing of social media content
  • Experience of running paid media campaigns (elementary/basic)
  • Eye for detail – creative content, visual content, copy, etc.
